Singapore Shellfish
This month’s Chef of the Month award goes to Rob Green, highly experienced professional chef consultant with over 30 years of culinary expertise, based in Whitby.
Rob impressed us with a spectacular Singapore shellfish dish, featuring seafood sourced from us at Dennis Crooks. His dish included a combination of lobster, mussels, crab and scallops, all brought together in a chilli, tomato, soy and garlic sauce.
