Head Chef of the the Fisherman's wife, Shaun Inglis has been working there since June 2013. Shaun first started his career as a Chef at the Cross Butts, Stables Restaurant at the age of 18 and from there he has worked his way up through the kitchen, learning and mastering various culinary techniques.

His Passion for seafood prompted him to start working a the Fisherman's wife and ever since his first day Shaun has always pushed his team to be the very best they can be, always expanding the menu to include some of Dennis Crooks's Signature produce.

Shauns fish of choice to cook is Lemon sole and is often featured on the 'Catch of the day' he also enjoys pushing the boundaries with his exciting weekly specials. With summer fast approaching Shaun is looking forward to excelling his kitchen forward, kicking off with the Lobster & Crab festival which Starts today June 4th.
