On Thursday 12/3/2015 We accompanied The Whitby Fish and Chips company to Durham University for the Marine Stewardship Council's #fishface campaign for earth hour 2015. Students could enjoy a free portion of fish & chips so long as they took a #fishface selfie helping to promote sustainable seafood to save our seas for future generations. 


The fish & chips were fried by the multi award winning company behind The Whitby Fish and Chips catering trailer and expertly fried by a Young fish frier of the year award winner! Fresh Scottish MSC Haddock from the Vessel 'Ocean Dawn FR 347' was supplied by us for the event and by all accounts went down a storm. The Whitby Fish and Chips company is a fantastic opportunity for people to be able to eat certified sustainable fish at events all over the country with the peace of mind they are helping to save our seas for generations to come and in the process eat fresh tasty seafood.
